Rio Climate Action Week is an independent initiative in partnership with London Climate Action Week. The RCAW Secretariat is housed at the award-wining Brazilian sustainable development institute, Pro Natura International, founded by RCAW Co-Convenor, Dr Marcelo de Andrade.
For over 35 years, Pro Natura International has been addressing the social, economic ad environmental challenges facing rural communities in the developing world. Its mission is to apply integrated, measurable and scalable market solutions that offer long-term sustainability and financial independence to the communities it serves.
