The Collaboration House is a two-day hub for cross-sectoral networking and transformative dialogue, grounded in the Radical Collaboration methodology developed by Reos Partners. In the face of urgent climate challenges and in the lead-up to COP30 in Belém, we believe that collaboration is the most essential skill for humanity’s survival and for unlocking real climate solutions. As the climate crisis accelerates, siloed efforts are no longer enough. Governments, companies, civil society, and frontline communities must learn how to work together. This initiative creates a living lab of cooperation, where trust, creativity, and power-sharing become the tools for climate resilience.
Objective
To convene a series of high-impact, participatory gatherings that foster multi-stakeholder collaboration and strengthen networks for action in Brazil and beyond, especially in light of COP30’s focus on Amazonian and Global South leadership.
Format
The Collaboration House will offer four key sessions across two days. Each session will blend participatory facilitation and space for genuine connection, allowing participants to explore the principles and practices of radical collaboration while building tangible pathways for climate action.
Day 1
Workshop 1 – “The Art of Radical Collaboration”
A hands-on introduction to the 7 practices of radical collaboration, adapted to the Brazilian context. Participants will map their roles in climate action and identify the allies they need to create collective power.
Collaboration Mixer – “Meet Your Climate Allies”
An informal but curated networking session connecting stakeholders across sectors — government, private sector, grassroots organizations, indigenous communities, academia — using storytelling and shared purpose as the bridge.
Day 2
Workshop 2 – “Unlocking Systemic Solutions Through Dialogue”
A collaborative problem-solving lab. Participants will work in small, facilitated groups to address real-world climate challenges using radical collaboration tools. Themes may include: regenerative economies, just transition, energy equity, urban resilience, Amazon protection.
Climate Partnerships Reception – “Towards COP30 and Beyond”
