The objective of this panel is to highlight the strategic role of the dairy and coffee value chains in the context of climate transition and the construction of a regenerative economy. Both sectors are symbols of Brazilian agribusiness, with broad territorial reach, significant socioeconomic value, and high potential for decarbonization.
Through real-world experiences from cooperatives, producers, and institutional representatives, the panel aims to:
Showcase innovation and best practices in sustainability and regeneration within the dairy and coffee sectors;
Discuss the role of climate finance, risk mitigation instruments, and green insurance, with the participation of global insurance and financial institutions;
Explore pathways for international integration of these value chains into low-carbon markets, including traceability, ESG metrics, and certifications;
Connect these themes to Brazil’s national preparations for COP30 in Belém, emphasizing how productive value chains can lead climate action in the country.
This panel will also be a space for direct dialogue among the productive sector, governments, investors, and international organizations—strengthening the positioning of sustainable agribusiness as part of the global climate solution.
