In the face of urgent climate challenges and in the lead-up to COP30 in Bel\u00e9m, we believe that collaboration is the most essential skill for humanity\u2019s survival and for unlocking real climate solutions. As the climate crisis accelerates, siloed efforts are no longer enough. Governments, companies, civil society, and frontline communities must learn how to work together. This initiative creates a living lab of cooperation, where trust, creativity, and power-sharing become the tools for climate resilience.<\/p>\n<p>Objective<br \/>\nTo convene a series of high-impact, participatory gatherings that foster multi-stakeholder collaboration and strengthen networks for action in Brazil and beyond, especially in light of COP30\u2019s focus on Amazonian and Global South leadership.<\/p>\n<p>Format<br \/>\nThe Collaboration House will offer four key sessions across two days. Each session will blend participatory facilitation and space for genuine connection, allowing participants to explore the principles and practices of radical collaboration while building tangible pathways for climate action.<\/p>\n<p>Day 1<br \/>\nWorkshop 1 \u2013 \u201cThe Art of Radical Collaboration\u201d<br \/>\nA hands-on introduction to the 7 practices of radical collaboration, adapted to the Brazilian context. Participants will map their roles in climate action and identify the allies they need to create collective power.<\/p>\n<p>Collaboration Mixer \u2013 \u201cMeet Your Climate Allies\u201d<br \/>\nAn informal but curated networking session connecting stakeholders across sectors \u2014 government, private sector, grassroots organizations, indigenous communities, academia \u2014 using storytelling and shared purpose as the bridge.<\/p>\n<p>Day 2<br \/>\nWorkshop 2 \u2013 \u201cUnlocking Systemic Solutions Through Dialogue\u201d<br \/>\nA collaborative problem-solving lab. Participants will work in small, facilitated groups to address real-world climate challenges using radical collaboration tools. Themes may include: regenerative economies, just transition, energy equity, urban resilience, Amazon protection.<\/p>\n<p>Climate Partnerships Reception \u2013 \u201cTowards COP30 and Beyond\u201d<br \/>\nA closing reception designed to catalyze partnerships, with short lightning talks, music\/art interventions, and commitments toward collaboration in the road to COP30.<\/p>\n<p>Target Participants:<br \/>\n&#8211; Climate NGOs and coalitions<br \/>\n&#8211; Government agencies (local, state, federal)<br \/>\n&#8211; Social enterprises and corporate sustainability teams<br \/>\n&#8211; Indigenous, traditional and local community leaders<br \/>\n&#8211; International organizations and funders<br \/>\n&#8211; Young climate leaders<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Collaboration House is a two-day hub for cross-sectoral networking and transformative dialogue, grounded in the Radical Collaboration methodology developed by Reos Partners.
